Project Overview:
Runhua International Building, developed by Rundili Group in 2007, is a world-class, high-end business platform located in the heart of Wuxi City's CBD. As the first L-shaped skyscraper in the world, this iconic 258-meter building stands as a symbol of modern architecture and innovation. The building is strategically located next to the new Sports Center and Taihu Lake, in a landmark area of southern Jiangsu.
This large-scale, mixed-use development comprises two towers: Block A (55 floors) and Block B (45 floors), along with a 6-floor commercial base. The building serves multiple purposes, including office spaces, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, creative business spaces, conference facilities, and leisure, sports, and entertainment areas.
