Project Description:
The project is a large-scale, integrated development combining home furnishing, construction, decoration, cultural communication, exhibition, shopping, and leisure. It covers a total construction area of 120,000 m² and is set to become the first global home furnishing plaza in Huzhou. Macalline, a leader in the home furnishing industry, has ranked among the top 50 private enterprises in China for six consecutive years and operates over 60 shopping malls across 32 cities in China.

This project signifies a collaboration between Zhejiang Juhao Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Hope Deepblue, with the latter supplying its absorption chillers for the project’s central air conditioning system. This partnership marks the second collaboration between Hope Deepblue and Macalline, following the successful implementation in Bengbu, Anhui.
