Fujian Dongxin Petro-Chemical Co., Ltd is a joint-stock petrochemical enterprise located in Quangang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. It was established with significant investment, producing 70,000 tons of cyclohexanone annually, with nearly 900 million CNY in annual sales. The company operates within Quangang, which has become one of China’s nine major refining bases, supported by substantial investment, including a joint venture project and the development of the Taiwan Petrochemical Park and other petrochemical initiatives.
For the production process, Dongxin Petro-Chemical relies on high-temperature steam generated from its own production operations as the energy source for LiBr absorption chillers. These chillers provide the necessary cooling water to ensure the stability and efficiency of the production process. Project highlights
The steam single-effect LiBr absorption chiller at Fujian Dongxin Petro-Chemical Co., Ltd. utilizes heating steam at pressures ranging from 0.1 to 0.2 MPa to produce 7°C cold water for process cooling. This cooling is essential for maintaining stable and efficient production in the petrochemical processes.
To optimize the chiller’s performance and space efficiency, the system incorporates a significant number of high-efficiency copper tubes, which contribute to better heat transfer. The evaporation and absorption areas are strategically arranged on both sides of the unit, ensuring an efficient cooling process while maintaining a compact design. This arrangement is particularly beneficial for the user, as it effectively addresses the challenge of limited space within the computer room or equipment room.
