Project Description: LINACO, a leading coconut processing company in Malaysia, required cooling solutions for its production processes that involve coconut water and coconut meat. The company faced challenges with conventional LiBr (Lithium Bromide) absorption chillers, as the cooling temperature needed (around -2°C) exceeded the limit of the standard absorption chillers, which typically operate in a temperature range of 5°C to 10°C.

To meet this demand, Hope Deepblue developed a custom-designed ultra-low-temperature absorption chiller that operates efficiently at temperatures as low as -2°C. This chiller uses waste heat generated during the production process as the driving heat source, significantly reducing energy costs compared to traditional electric chillers. The system provides chilled water at -1°C, effectively replacing the original electric chillers and ensuring the cooling process meets the production requirements.

The adoption of this technology not only improved energy efficiency but also resulted in considerable operational cost savings for LINACO, receiving high praise from the client for both its innovation and performance.
