Recently, the engineer of Hope Deepblue after-sales department took the heavy responsibility and went to Vietnam to devote himself to the commissioning of the first project of Deepblue LiBr refrigeration unit in Vietnam.

When the unit entered the commissioning stage, various technical problems came one after another. Due to the abnormal fluctuation of the user's steam pressure, resulting in frequent alarms at the high level of the generator, and at the same time, poor communication with the local general contractor and the user's technical staff in Vietnam, making the work progress difficult. But the engineer did not complain, he used translation software, combined with pen and paper drawing, little by little to establish effective communication with each other. In order to overcome the technical difficulties, he was stationed in the machine room day and night, repeatedly consulting the information and analyzing every data in detail. After countless adjustments and cooperation with Vietnamese technicians, the steam pressure slowly stabilized. With the support of the domestic technical department, Deepblue engineers methodically corrected the data of the unit. Finally, the refrigeration machine operated smoothly and all indexes reached a perfect state. Successfully completed the commissioning task.

With solid technology, rich experience and tenacity, Deepblue engineers overcame many difficulties and won a good start for the company in the Vietnam market during the on-site service of this Vietnam project. It also laid a solid foundation for the subsequent business development.
