Our product proven with it's long life cycle
The two 3500kW direct-fired LiBr absorption chillers provided by Hope Deepblue, which have been in operation since 2005, have demonstrated exceptional reliability, running smoothly for nearly two decades and earning the trust of the customer. However, in 2023, due to building upgrades, rising natural gas prices, and increasing operational costs, the user initially planned to replace the chillers with electric units and combination boilers.
During a return visit, Hope Deepblue's after-sales service engineer assessed the situation and found that the chillers were still in good condition, with excellent vacuum levels. However, the aging electronic control system was noted to be impacting performance. The engineer proposed an upgrade to the control system, recommending the addition of an electric refrigeration unit for summer cooling while retaining the two direct-fired absorption chillers as backups. The plan suggested continued use of the chillers for winter heating, which would significantly reduce renovation and operating costs.
After a thorough evaluation, the user approved the proposed plan. In April, the general contractor for the project engaged with Hope Deepblue, and both parties successfully signed a service contract. Following this, all company departments worked together to ensure timely project delivery, including design drafting, electrical component procurement, production, and inspection. Installation and commissioning were completed promptly by early May.
Hope Deepblue's commitment to reliable LiBr absorption chiller and heat pump quality, professional after-sales service, and a customer-centric approach has been highly praised. This successful upgrade ensures that the direct-fired units will continue to operate smoothly and efficiently for the next 20 years.
