1. The chilled water system and cooling water system should be cleaned (filter, duster, etc.) before the LiBr absorption unit is operated.

2. According to the unit's annual management schedule, regularly determine the pH value and conductivity of the chilled water, cooling water, and analyze the water quality is good or bad. Seasonal shutdown should be chilled water, cooling water all drain, and open the water box cover, check the tube plate and heat exchange tube internal surface mud, scale and corrosion.

3. When it is difficult to analyze and treat the water quality, relevant experts should be asked to provide on-site guidance. Relatively speaking, the management of cooling water is particularly important. Scaling on the cooling water side of the heat exchange tube will seriously affect the performance of the unit.
