Successful Commission of two Direct Fired Heat Pumps in France.
The project is located at NOVO Hospital in Pontoise, the largest public hospital in the north-western region of Paris. The on-site plant room houses four boilers. Two of these boilers provide condensate water, which serves as the waste hot water (CHW) source for our direct-fired heat pump. The heat pump then generates district hot water (DHW), which is returned to the four boilers for further use in the hospital’s heating system. This process optimizes energy use, leveraging waste heat to improve overall system efficiency.
During the commissioning phase, Deepblue’s engineering team held a meeting with the general contractor, Dalkia, to discuss the next steps and gain a thorough understanding of the system’s situation. In addition to successfully completing the commissioning of the two direct-fired heat pumps, the team also conducted training for the hospital staff on daily maintenance procedures. This training was aimed at equipping the hospital with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage and maintain the heat pumps, ensuring their long-term stable operation.
The successful commissioning highlights Hope Deepblue’s leading position in the field of LiBr absorption units and strengthens its brand image in the international market. With a commitment to global service, Hope Deepblue will continue to implement its development concept of "Based in China, Serving the World," expanding its reach and providing high-quality energy solutions worldwide.
