Hope Deepblue Hosts Technical Design Meeting for Outdoor Mobile System Project
Recently, Hope Deepblue's Technical Department convened a dedicated technical design meeting for an outdoor mobile system project, bringing together key personnel from the electrical, quality inspection, and production departments. The meeting was meticulously organized to ensure thorough communication and seamless collaboration across departments.
The project features a highly specialized application scenario. It adopts an advanced CCHP (Combined Cooling, Heating, and Power) integrated system design. During operation, the generator's exhaust gas is fully recovered and utilized as a heat source, while the electricity generated precisely matches the unit’s power demands. This enables the system to simultaneously meet various needs such as cooling, hot water supply, and space heating. Notably, the heat source, cooling water, and other auxiliary systems have been highly integrated with the unit itself, setting an exceptionally high technical bar for system design and implementation.
At present, the production of the LiBr absorption chiller unit has been successfully completed. Focusing on the three critical areas of production, quality inspection, and electrical systems, each department provided detailed solutions to technical challenges, further refined task allocations, and clearly defined timelines, all with the goal of ensuring the project’s successful and high-quality delivery. In preparation for the unit’s commissioning, meticulous arrangements have been made to ensure controllable load readiness for the generator, laying a solid foundation for smooth commissioning.
Given the unit’s outdoor mobility requirements, the team conducted an in-depth analysis of deployment and retraction strategies. This included detailed division of labor, a clearly defined work route, and precise timing for each process step. The discussions extended beyond technical aspects to include thoughtful considerations such as the potential impact of unit color design on photovoltaic panel performance and the optimization of exhaust pipe cross-sections at both ends to prevent injuries from sharp edges.
This technical design meeting has laid a solid foundation for the successful execution of the project. The effective application of the CCHP system will not only set a new technological benchmark for Hope Deepblue in the field of engineering applications but also deliver significant economic and environmental benefits for the client.
