A power plant in Beijing procured two direct fired LiBr absorption heat pump units from Hope Deepblue. During the installation and commissioning phase, Hope Deepblue’s after-sales service engineer demonstrated a strong commitment to customer needs, adhering to the service principle that "No Detail is Too Small in Safeguarding Customer Interests." With utmost professionalism and dedication, the engineer provided comprehensive support, addressing the customer’s concerns and resolving operational issues effectively.

During the burner installation process, the engineer observed that the cement base was 10 cm higher than required, causing interference and preventing the proper installation of the burner. The engineer promptly contacted the customer to investigate the issue. It was later discovered that the on-site construction did not conform to the provided technical drawings. Had the installation followed the specifications outlined in Hope Deepblue’s drawings, the interference between the burner and the floor would have been avoided.

Although the discrepancy was due to a deviation in the customer’s construction work, the service engineer proactively collaborated with the customer to develop an optimal solution, minimizing both the time and cost of the required adjustments. The final resolution involved chiseling a portion of the cement base, thereby significantly reducing the cost and time required for the customer to rectify the issue.

Subsequently, during the installation of the flue pipe, the engineer identified that the design dimensions did not align with the on-site measurements. Upon recognizing the discrepancy, the engineer worked overtime to implement the necessary adjustments, ensuring the issue with the flue pipe was fully resolved. This diligent and proactive approach not only resolved the technical problem but also alleviated the customer’s concerns, earning high praise for the engineer’s commitment and expertise.
