Hope Deepblue's waste heat recovery system, using a direct-fired LiBr absorption heat pump, offers a more efficient solution.

As energy supply challenges intensify, oilfield projects are increasingly focusing on energy conservation and emission reduction. During oil and gas production and treatment, large quantities of wastewater are generated, typically with temperatures ranging from 50°C to 70°C. Traditional treatment methods, such as recharging and external discharge, are economically inefficient and environmentally harmful, especially in areas like Xinjiang, where water resources are scarce.

Hope Deepblue's waste heat recovery system, using a direct-fired LiBr absorption heat pump, offers a more efficient solution. With the assistance of the heating circulation system, the heat pump consumes only a small amount of gas to extract low-grade heat from the wastewater, raising the temperature of the circulating heating water to 90–95°C. This water is then used for industrial heat preservation, crude oil heating, and general heating within the oilfield. Compared to traditional boiler direct heating, this method saves approximately one-third of gas consumption.

The direct-fired LiBr absorption heat pump does not require a compressor, uses gas as its primary energy source, and consumes very little electricity. It minimizes energy consumption and environmental pollution, making it an ideal waste heat recovery solution for oil and gas fields.
