Hope Deepblue A/C helps Baotou Rare Aluminum LiBr Absorption Unit to be Renewed
Recently, Hope Deepblue A/C has successfully contracted the maintenance project of Baodian LiBr absorption unit of Baotou Rare Earth Aluminum Co., Ltd, which mainly includes three key tasks, namely, absorber drenching plate cleaning, unit heat exchanger tube chemical through gun cleaning and solution regeneration. With professional technology and rich experience, Deepblue pushed forward the maintenance work in an orderly manner, and made every effort to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and build a solid foundation for the normal production and operation of Baotou Rare Earth Aluminum.
In the absorber spray plate cleaning, technicians used advanced tools and efficient cleaning agents to carefully remove the long-term accumulated dirt on the surface of the plate and in the spray holes, to ensure uniform distribution of liquid in the disk and to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the absorber.
In the chemical cleaning of heat exchanger tubes, the technical team strictly followed the standardized operation procedures and precisely formulated chemical cleaning agents to fully react with the scale, rust and other stubborn deposits in the heat exchanger tubes. Subsequently, with the powerful impact of high-pressure water gun, the dissolved impurities thoroughly rinsed clean, significantly enhance the thermal conductivity of the heat exchanger tube, to create favorable conditions for the efficient operation of the unit.
Solution regeneration work is also carried out in an orderly manner. Technicians based on the actual condition of the solution, the use of professional regeneration process, through precision filtration, distillation and a series of complex operations to remove impurities in the solution, adjust the concentration of the solution, so that the solution is restored to the optimal working state, to ensure that the refrigeration effect of the unit is stable and reliable.
