Auto De-crystallization System - Ensuring Stable Operation of LiBr Absorption Units

During the operation of LiBr absorption units, changes in the temperature and concentration of the solution may lead to the precipitation of LiBr crystallization. Crystallization and leakage are the two main failures of LiBr absorption units. The production of crystallization may not only block the pipeline, but also cause serious damage to the unit. 1. Crystallization Detection
The auto de-crystallization system first determines whether crystallization is occurring by monitoring key operating parameters, such as pressure, flow and temperature, in real time. When the system detects an abnormal condition, such as an increase in pressure or a decrease in flow rate, it recognizes the possibility of crystallization and sends out an alarm immediately. 2. Crystallization Startup
Once the system recognizes that crystallization has occurred, the de-crystallization process is automatically initiated. The system will start the pump and open the relevant valves to regulate the circulation of the solution.
3. Real-time Monitoring and Adjustment
In the de-crystallization process, the system will continuously monitor the solution concentration, temperature, pressure and flow rate and other parameters. 4. De-crystallization Completion and Recovery
When the crystallization are completely dissolved, the system pressure, flow rate and temperature return to the normal range, the de-crystallization process is completed. At this time, the system will automatically stop the crystal melting operation, the unit will return to normal operation.
5. Safety Protection and Alarm
If the de-crystallization process is not completed within the set time, the system will activate the safety protection function. In order to prevent further damage to the unit caused by crystallization, the unit will send out an alarm signal to remind the operator to carry out manual intervention or even stop the unit from running.
